BMI
Learn your Body Mass Index (BMI), a method of calculating body composition and the standard used by the National Institutes of Health to indicate overweight and obesity.
Ideal Weight
Estimate your ideal weight using height-weight charts. Use the BMI calculator as another tool for estimating your ideal weight.
Physical Activity Self-Assessment
